What You'll Do:
As a Sales Development Representative in our Midtown office, you’ll be on the front lines, creating opportunities and driving new business. Here’s how you’ll contribute:
- Lead the Charge: Conduct 100+ proactive outreach efforts daily, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement to attract potential clients.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique challenges of each client and offer tailored financial solutions like merchant cash advances or business loans to meet their needs.
- Build Relationships: Forge long-term partnerships with clients, guiding them to success and ensuring continued business.
- Hit and Exceed Targets: Consistently drive new business accounts each month, pushing yourself to exceed ambitious sales goals.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts, positioning our financial products as the go-to solutions for businesses.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our dynamic sales and marketing teams to execute winning strategies and maximize your results.
What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, B2B, or financial services.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A competitive, results-driven mindset—you’re hungry to succeed.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Passion for helping small businesses succeed and making a real difference in their financial health.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) is a plus.
